Terry plays, Chelsea lose
John Terry splits opinion - some consider him a great defender and leader of men, others find him to be a hateful little toad who has the oily look of a man who hangs around nightclubs at closing time looking for snogs/sex. The Spoiler has no opinion, just facts.
And the facts dictate that regardless of your stance in the great Terry debate, Chelsea would be wise not to start him tonight. The stats say that he’s missed a whopping twenty-four games this season - all of which Chelsea went unbeaten, winning against big names like Liverpool and, um, Tottenham (?) along the way.
While, of the six that his team have lost, Terry has been a starter in all of them.
Perhaps he should take a place on the bench next to Ballack (rumoured to be missing out)?

I hate to say it but I agree. He’s too slow and gets caught out a lot - Carvalho and Ivanovic all the way next season!

Chelsea also won against Liverpool in the CL semifinal with him. They also won against United in the PL. They also won against Arsenal in the PL with him in the side.
John Terry IS Chelsea. Tactics can be used either way you want them to. Im sure you can pick up some stats that will suggest that Crouch is the best striker in the world if you want to.

Stats dont always tell the truth you know. And in this case, they definitely dont.

If John Terry IS Chelsea then that explains why everyone hates them!

I thought the picture was from the final tonight. Terry sobbing on the pitch. Man the f*ck up, JT, you’re not the first man ever to lose a football match.

Man up? I suppose you’d prefer your players to shrug off defeat instead of actually caring. Get out of here.
