Are the flag bits of corner flags usually that big?

Alberto Gilardino put his slightly ropey form for AC Milan last season down to problems he was having with WAG Alica Bregoli. Apparently, she was complaining about constant travelling from Milan to Piacenza, the town where her family lives and where she studies. This journey only takes about an hour, so imagine her dismay when she heard that her World Cup winning husband-to-be has been transferred down to Fiorentina…

Alice and Alberto were engaged in March 2006, and they had their first child in March of this year. The daughter’s name is Ginerva, an old Italian moniker that translates to Geneva, a city that isn’t even in Italy. How unpatriotic. That would be like an English footballer calling his child ‘Brooklyn’ or something.

They are planning to marry some time after Euro 2008. Or they may have married already. What am I, the fountain of all marital knowledge?
