Hollyoaks star is back with the Kop love rat

Jermaine Pennant’s name was mud in the WAG community after Page Three girl Amii Grove revealed his dishonourable ways last year. Despite this, he has managed to wangle his way right back into the upper echelons of female hotness, this time with actress Jennifer Metcalfe. The pair officially split up in January, but the Bradford-born beauty recently told the News of the World they are back together and ‘very happy’.

Jennifer will be known by most students and grownups desperately clinging to their youth as Mercedes McQueen from Hollyoaks, a feisty character who is no stranger to provocative clothing and will sleep with anything that moves.

In June, the former health and fitness student was spotted on a date with boxer Amir Kahn, but now insists she prefers to go out and relax with Jermaine and a bottle of wine. Evidently, she is unaware of his driving convictions.
