Say “hello, actress” to AN ACTRESS

It’s not just our footballers who dip into the glamourous world of entertainment to find their girlfriends, American sportsmen do it too. Brad Penny, a famous baseball player with the LA Dodgers, insisted on taking an actress for a WAG. For those uninitiated into American culture, baseball is their version of rounders, and his actress girlfriend is a popular thespian called Eliza Dushku.

Eliza has gone toe-to-toe with all the greats: Robert De Niro, Leonardo DiCaprio, Arnold Schwarzenegger, John Belushi’s embarrassing brother, Jim. She’s probably most famous, however, for her role as one of the people in Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Her other hobbies besides acting and kissing Brad Penny include: travel, being CEO of a company, and naming her many pets after adverts - hence she has a Golden Retriever called Max Factor, a Pitbull called Coco Chanel, and a Siamese Fighting Hamster called Rimmel London.

The last one was a lie.
