No doubt about it, all of a sudden Chelsea are a joy to behold. Last season, we watched through bleeding eyes as they so nearly ground their way to boring successes, but this season, they look like worthy and spectacular contenders.
Begging the question, is Scolari a better coach than Mourinho was? Glen Johnson thinks so, but what do you think?
Even though I wasn’t that entertained when I saw Mourinho’s Chelsea play, I think that until Scolari wins either a European league title or the Champions League, you have to say Mourinho. Winning the Champions League with Porto is an unbelievable achievement and he won Chelsea’s only ever two Premier Leagues, although marks must be taken off for the fact Sir Alex Ferguson overthrew him in the end. Plus, he’s such a down-to-earth, humble fellow!
