Things go from worse to really worse
Once again, against Wisla Krakow, Spurs went that extra mile to produce a performance so lacking in skill that even peasant children - used to kicking deflated basketballs up muddy hills - would struggle to sit through it. And yet, the sensitive Tottenham supporters, fifteen minutes after the match, were still refusing to look to their team for explanations. Instead, the likes of arch-negotiator Levy and manager Ramos are bearing the brunt of their rage. Levy for selling Berbs and Keano without replacing them adequately (surely time to move on), and Ramos for his interesting decisions made from the bench.
The Spoiler found much in the way of angst aimed at the besuited honchos running things on various Tottenham messageboards. Here’s the gist:
“You can blame Comolli for giving him a complete shambles of a midfield and a cup tied striker to work with…”“Ramos yet again makes disasterous subs, he takes off our best player Campbell, goes too defensive sits back…”“I never thought id say this but bring back Martin Jol, at least we played decent football under him… “
Spurs fans, isn’t it time the fingers started pointing at the people on the pitch?

Your Report if it could be described as such is not worth a comment.

yes i agree the players havent pulled their socks up, i do not blame ramos at all, whoever thought jol was a better manager dosent know about football and yes commoli is an idiot knowingly thatberbatov was going and keane had gone, then arshavin should have been priority and why malbranque was sold is beyond me(he was our best payer last season. i do not accept anything else look what ramos done when he arrived although we didnt win many games after the cup win, most of those games however were good performances i recal but just didnt get the results

You have a point but the blend and balance of the team, tactics and style of are all down to the management team. We have got it wrong almost every game, he insists on playing 4-5-1 when we don’t have a striker who can hold the ball up, don’t have mid field players who can pick a pass or support the striker. He makes maddening substitutions, like taking off Campbell (fresh, fighting for every ball) and replacing him with defensive minded players who lack confidence , can’t hold the ball and all want to give it to someone else asap. We don’t hunt in packs, the play lacks pace, tempo, quick passing. What in gods name has this man done to my club!

Did I miss something? I thought that this was a report on the match. I think it is a poor show when the reporter has to stoopto sarcasim to make his point. If you want to make a point then make it. I watched the game this afternoon and I agree, there was no urgency about the team. They are living in the comfort zone. They are in the premiere league earning a good wage, what can happen to them if they stay above the relegation zone, which I am sure they will eventually? Its sad, there are some good individual players why cant they play as a team?

lets get somthing off my chest we had a team flying before the season kicked of playing good footbal 18 passes and ramed in the net won a little cup . then one of our players gets injured hutton and we go shite he says it is just a daft niggle and he is still not playing nearly two months down the line . now fans may say how the hell can one player slow a team down and look like there in first gear while the rest are in fourth. Well this is only based on what i now about the duracill bunnies and how when i reported them 2 years ago what happened to there form played six lost six and what was the taking the odd cocane no the whole team were on pure ephedrine energey tablets now no way am i saying this is what as happened but i now one thing the teams that we have played have connections to this team with ex players and i can see with the sines that they are on this energey and the next few games will not iam afraid alter this so leave of ramos and stamp out drugs or more sackings will happen .just one more note to prove my point two youth players have been caught taking cocane not named and shamed but suspended for 6 and 3 months and the names keppt secret
