This coming from a man who sold out to go to the MLS and play for LA Galaxy not that i blame him of coarse, and as for David Beckham this particular phraise comes to mind and that is “people in glass houses should not throw stones”.

LOL to all of you..Beckham is 33 for God sake! He is going to be 34 this May..and he is on the edge of the retirement..therefore he is ALLOWED to think about money when he was making his move to US. And he was already 32 years old back then when he made the move, NOT 26 YEARS OLD like Kaka! If Kaka is 30 or 33 years old now..then it is OK for him to go to City and talking about developing a LOW, 3rd rate/tier team to be one of the competitive in the League. And that will take at least 2 or 3 years to be true. If Kaka goes now..he WILL WON NOTHING in the next 3 years, and by the time he is 30 then, it is probably too late for him to be the World’s No.1 again! Heck..even Ronaldinho who is 30 now is considered as a has been while Zidane had won it at 34!

With David its always been about the money. Although he would like to have people think otherwise, the deal to take him to LA was mind blowing.

He is now realising that his move to the Galaxy (for purely footballing reasons - how DARE you suggest he went there for the money!) has backfired big time, as he is no longer front page news.
