Fabregas could return to the Nou Camp in the summer
In 2003, Professor Wenger stole 16-year-old diamond-in-the-rough Cesc Fabregas away from Barcelona, but according to reports in Spain, the midfielder could soon return to the Catalan giants.
A figure of around £32m has been suggested, and Barca president Joan Laporta has made his love for the 21-year-old Spaniard quite clear. He told Punto Radio:
“Although he is with another club, I have always praised Fabregas. He was born in Catalonia and has become better since leaving the club.
“But I feel he has this club at his heart. The technical staff will decide on any movement for him, but there is no doubt he would be a big player for us.”

ROFL. They can bid what they like, he’s not going anywhere. Classic Spanish tactics. I think they call this “unsettling” and it should be against the rules.

Unsettling? How come? Because a website like this states that Barcelona will bid £32 for him? The club haven’t said anything publicly about trying to sign him.
Talking about unsettle players. Who unsettle Cesc from the beginning when he was at Barcelona?

I was kidding, read between the lines, mate.
All clubs do it, all agents do it and all players do it. Nothing on any website or newspaper indicates anything at all. Only the putting of pen to paper of that player for that club means a jot.
And anyway, Cesc is going nowhere :)

Cesc is going to come home to Barcelona one day and you know it. It’s the club of his heart. But I’m pretty sure it wount be this summer anyway and Barcelona don’t really need him right now. In about 2-3 seasons I reckon.

Oh absolutely, and we will wish him on his way with a cheery smile as by then he will have been a loyal member of The Arsenal for a number of years.
But for now, he is one of our family. Hands off!
