See if you can get to the bottom of Alan Brazil’s absence from the morning show this week. I’m sure it’s probabaly something to do with him being sloshed on Friday’s show but I would confirmation.

Collymore won’t let the guy speak! Torres is a “top quality” striker. Bendtner isn’t.
It’s basically like this:
Collymore gave Bendtner ‘Hero of the Week’ out of sympathy, an arm around the shoulder if you like. The reason? Because Collymore was a confidence player too, someone who suffered badly when the crowd turned on him or he was criticised. He feels sorry for Bendtner because he sees a lot of himself in Nicky.
That’s how they’re similar. Bendtner’s probably a nice guy though, not a smug, mouthy cunt who bangs on about how he played at the top level, but in reality was a journeyman who never really made it at any club due to being such an unlikable prick.

Although he was kinda right about the thing about pro players can’t be fans. However, he pounced on that too much. He barely even commented on the actual issue of Bendtner. And Ray was kissing his ass the whole time.

As much as I think Collymore is a twat, I think The Spoiler fluffed it by having Ed on instead of Michael. Also that part Ed said about footballers not able to be fans was utter bollocks.
