Video: The Liverpool/ Arsenal eight goal thriller

Liverpool uphold their weekly 4-4 draw tradition

Liverpool 4/ Arsenal 4
In five of their last eight matches, Liverpool have put away four goals. This, of course, would be Premier League winning form if they didn’t allow the opposition to score just as many. Andrei Arshavin and his hugely entertaining face had just four attempts on goal last night, and he put away every single one. A thrilling game for neutral fans, but one that may have put the title out of Rafa’s reach.

I bet Arsenal Fans wish they’d played Arshavin from the start in the FA Cup semi-final. Imagine if they’d had him all season. It’s what Arsenal need some one who’ll take his chances when ever they come and not try to walk the ball into the net.

Arshavin last night - classic case of really liking a player from another club, until he rapes your team.

I have a feeling there might be a few Arsenal fans who feel like that about Torres though.
