On the Independent website someone says it is related to a bit of a certain mouth numbing substance he may have taken before/during the game…not heard of this before, thoughts anyone!?

Yeah - saw him doing it! Was also holding it and waving it about some, too.
“related to a bit of a certain mouth numbing substance ”
Are you suggesting coke? As that doesn’t make much sense…

that was what I was suggesting, makes no sense to me either but I thought someone else might be able to enlighten!
Having said that, “Was also holding it and waving it about some, too” - that doesn’t make that much sense either!

is it Frank Sinclair?

Apparently he was on 5live and insisted he forgot to brush his teeth before he left for the game (why it took him 80+ minutes to do it is anyone’s guess). He apparently also claimed he was wearing shades as he’s a “ladies man”. I repeat above sentiments.
