WAG of the Day
If this liar was wearing pants, they would probably be on fire

Some ladies will go the distance to become a WAG, but not all will go as far as Alexandra Paressant, who has twice combined her loves of sport, shamelessness and lying to hit the headlines.
In 2006, the French model and author claimed she was sleeping with Ronaldinho during World Cup 2006. The Brazilian promptly set about suing her, and it later emerged that she fabricated a relationship by doctoring photos and putting anonymous posts on forums.
Last year, Alexandra hit the headlines again by claiming she enjoyed an elicit affair with Tony Parker, the San Antontio Spurs basketball star and husband of Eva Longoria, after being introduced to him by Thierry Henry. Bizarre claims about sexual practises involving Nutella were promptly dismissed, and even her own mother has admitted she is prone to making up stories.

Carlo Cudicini to Tottenham
The Daily Mail claim the under-used 35-year-old Chelsea keeper has moved across London to White Hart Lane for £1m.
The Spoiler truth-o-meter: Spurs could really do with a good keeper, although this transfer “exclusive” isn’t reported anywhere except the Mail. And, er, here.
Robinho not going to Chelsea
Despite being in regular contact with Big Phil since his move to England, disgruntled City star Robinho will not be moving to the Bridge any time soon. According to The Guardian, Chelsea only

Notizie italiane
The Special one is off to a bad start in Italy

This week, the annual Trofeo TIM pitted the top three clubs in Italy against one another, and Jose Mourinho was given his first run out in front of the Italian big boys. Unfortunately, Inter lost to eventual trophy winners Milan 4-3 on penalties after a deadlocked ninety minutes (that’s ninety special Italian 30-second minutes. See comment below, Ed.), and they put in a disappointing performance in a 1-0 loss to Juventus.
Jose’s excuse for the sub par performance was the Nerazzurri’s over-crowded treatment table - in Tuesday’s loss to Juve Marco Materazzi joined Cristian Chivu, Ivan Cordoba and Walter Samuel on the sidelines - and he has brushed off the friendly tournament as a trifling matter:
“Fortunately, we could afford to lose the two friendly games we played. The important games will start in one month and we
