Arsenal are on their longest unbeaten run of the season, yet Tottenham’s home form is relatively impressive under Harry Redknapp. Our friends at chickendinner give us five reasons why Spurs will take at least a point off their superior rivals on Sunday:
1. Arsene Wenger’s side have won just one of their last seven away matches in all competitions. They have drawn their last three matches in all competitions and five of their last eight league games.
2. Tottenham are unbeaten in three meetings with their North London rivals.
3. Spurs have lost just one of thirteen home games under Harry Redknapp, winning eight.
4. Redknapp went unbeaten in his five home league meetings with Arsenal while managing Portsmouth and Southampton.
Gunners show us how to piss away a two goal victory
Harry Redknapp has a dismal record away against Arsene Wenger and also in his first away game in charge of a new team, but few expected to see one of the most exciting North London derbies in recent memory.
Spoiler bonus: check out Frank Lampard’s awesome effort at Hull last night…
It’s a brave man who crosses the invisible line that divides Arsenal and Spurs, and yet David Bentley is on the verge of doing exactly that. His journey took a detour via Norwich and Blackburn, but even so, he should be in for a choppy ride.
Maniacs like Sol Campbell, Pat Jennings, and, um, Rohan Ricketts have already dared to confuse Seven Sisters and Highbury, and - with the exception of Campbell and Jennings - no one has ever heard from them again.
Can Spurs fans honestly find it in their hearts to forgive Bentley, and take him to their bosoms? Or is this just another impressive show of arrogance on his part?

After the break, Bentley scores a cracker for the Arsenal reserves.
