Dynamo Dresden extend welcome to hate-filled political party

Dynamo Dresden are putting the finishing touches to a renovation of their 32,000-seater Rudolf-Harbig-Stadion, and as such, are looking to fill their corporate seats with the type of folks who will sponsor the club and generate income.

Unfortunately, the German 3rd Liga side have landed themselves in hot water by sending an invitation for VIP seating to Deutsche Stimme (”German Voice”), the newspaper published by far-right Neo-Nazi political party Nationaldemokratische Partei Deutschlands (NDP). They’re basically a more extreme version of the BNP, and not exactly the type of folks one would wish to have sponsoring a football club.

AC Milan owner and former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi is having a tough time at the moment. His wife Veronica Lario is in the process of divorcing him, accusing him of being “a man who frequents minors”. The comment is thought to be a reference to Noemi Letizi, an aspiring model whose eighteenth birthday was attended by the old ladies’ man.

In an interview with Corriere del Mezzogiorno, Noemi addressed the 72-year-old as “daddy”, and admitted her joy at receiving a gold necklace from him as a birthday gift. And yes, we checked and it was definitely a “gold” necklace.
