Pompey boss could be presented with a P45 today
On Saturday’s edition of Match of the Day, Tony Adams told us how he is a scrapper, who will not run away from the bleak situation at Portsmouth. The headlines the next day, however, suggested he was ready to throw in the towel (The Sunday Times went with “Adams ready to quit Pompey”), while today’s press suggests he will get the boot today (The Sun fancy Avram grant to fill his shoes).
Pompey have secured just one point in the last seven games, and currently sit one point off the drop. Is now the right time for Sacha Gaydamak to let Adams go, or should they hold onto to the scrapper who won’t quit (but might quit anyway)? Let us know with a vote and comment below…
