Chelsea midfielder fails to see funny side of icy joke
While being interviewed for Chelsea TV prior to his 100th game with the club, Michael Ballack came under a snow attack. A look of hatred and confusion crosses his face before he exacts revenge on his teammates (cue Benny Hill-style montage).
Ballack finally musters a trademark Matt Damon grin at the end of the clip, but he was probably just thinking about that Pigeon he killed recently.

Frozen Missiles
One of the strangest crowd disturbances you’re likely to see
Atletico Madrid’s naughty fans have already earned the club a ban from its stadium, and they’ve been at it again.
Athletic Bilbao visited the Vicente Calderon stadium yesterday, and keeper Gorka Iraizoz was treated of a barrage of snowballs that fans behind the goal had been storing up. The snow shower became so intense that the referee had to stop the game.
Athletic Club, however, had the last laugh as they stole three points from their hosts.

Inclement Weather
Germans forced to train in -14°C conditions

While Hamburg and Bayern Munich are enjoying the pleasant 21°C climate of the United Arab Emirates, their Bundesliga colleagues aren’t having such a wonderful time.
FC Köln, pictured above, are enduring a -13°C freeze, while Hertha Berlin’s coach is attempting to beat the chill at the training ground by putting plastic bags over his socks.
Fortunately, our German friends aren’t big on complaining - they haven’t made gloves thick enough to make someone like Didier Drogba go and play in those kinds of conditions.
