As mentioned once before, when it comes to sports presenters, we’ve got it all wrong. There is nothing sexy about the MOTD pundits, and that includes Lee Dixon, who has fabulous shiny hair. And yet, over in America, where the streets are paved with tarmac, they have gorgeous ex-cheerleaders like Carrie Milbank telling them what happened in ice hockey matches.

She is the sparkling face of The Hockey Show on NHL.com, and from what we can tell, she most likely eats sensibly and works out a bit. How else would she maintain such a sturdy, bosomy figure?

Yeah, we know what you’re thinking: that clay court specialist Guillermo Canas is a jammy toad. Not only is he one of just two men to beat Federer in consecutive tournaments (along with Nadal), but he gets to wake up in the mornings with a young supermodel called Fabiana (pictured) sprawled clumsily across his green satin sheets. What a bastard.

Like most models, Fabiana was spotted by a cigar smoking fat man as she perused the Prog Rock section of a record shop in Brazil - she was trying to decide between ELO and Iron Butterfly, he was pretending read the back of a Doobie Brothers record, and it wasn’t long before he’d taken the will-be supermodel to one side with the promise of glitz, glamour, and stick thin women with dead eyes and eating disorders. Or, at least, that’s what we assume happened.

Another one steamrollered by fat Ronaldo…

No doubt about it, before he started wearing womanly hats and smearing treacle into his bulbous stomach, Ronaldo was having a terrific time with the girls. The steamy lady pictured is Raica, a Brazilian supermodel, who had the pleasure of bed-partnering the legendary centre forward in around 2005/2006. Shortly before he started going all weird.

As well as enjoying nights out with his righteous toothiness, Raica has made quite a name for herself as a model, specifically a swimsuit and lingerie one. In fact, she was one of the lucky beauties featured in the eagerly awaited Sports Illustrated underpants calendar in 2007. That makes her one heck of a gal.

While the small world that orbits the Premier League is seriously sexy, crammed with canapes, fine wines and WAGs, the face of English football is still an ugly one. On TV, buffoons like Lawrenson, Shearer, and Hansen deadpan their way through their punditry, with barely a button undone between them. Even Gary Lineker hides his oily legs under a suit. Not so in Italy though, where beautiful Federica Fontana hosts Controcampo - Diritto di Replica - a popular Serie A show, which goes out on Sundays. She’s absolutely gorgeous.

Other than television presenting, Federica has done her time in the fierce world of clothes-less modeling, and certain gossip circles are sure that she once went on a few dates with Totti, back in the days before his long luxuriant hair was less smarmy and preposterous. With her taut body and smokey eyes, we could certainly understand his interest.

Pretty Daniela is a popular face in Brazil, thanks to her time hosting MTV, and her heart warming romance with the original Ronaldo - you know, the fat one who may or may not have paid for gender bending prostitutes. He used to be brilliant at football, but can now be found smearing chocolate into his belly and muttering about playing for Man City. Yeah, him.

Anyway, the two went out, they got married for a bit - eighty-six days, according to reports - and then they split up. She has since gone on to do many things, most of them involving wearing some kind of bikini and being on television. Plus she famously had sex in the ocean with her boyfriend, then went mental because someone posted the evidence on Youtube.

Much in the same way that a marine is always a marine, a WAG is always a WAG - no matter how fleeting her moment in the sun. Take Fernanda Lessa, a beautiful Brazilian model. She’s done much with her life, notably a lot of modeling, various advertising campaigns, and even an appearance on the Italian version of I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, where she was the first celeb voted out. But to The Spoiler, she will always be the delightful South American lady who enjoyed minute upon minute of exhilarating love making in the arms of Christian Vieri.

Only a true cynic would say that Coleen doesn’t dance for her dinner. Okay Wayne brings home the majority of the bacon, but don’t forget, this lady is multi-talented.

At the end of June, Luis Figo’s contract with Inter Milan will expire, and the thirty-five year old winger will be a free agent. He could be off to the MLS, but those who appreciate Portugal’s golden era of football and Swedish models in equal parts will hope the rumours of a move to Fulham or Queens Park Rangers come to fruition.
